Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the curtains in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA form inside the box.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
